I have never fooled with papers. I have always been the type that if a dog hunts and bays like I want them to then I don't care what it is. About two years ago I bought A foundation registered BMC but lost the papers in a fire. So my question is can you get a replacement or what do I need to do? I still have a pic on my old phone of the papers but don't know anything about them. I figured someone on here would know what to do about it.

You will have to contact randy and wanda wright. The website is wrightscurs.com and talk to them bout getting a replacement paper. Plus it might help to contact the seller of the dog and see if they can help with verification of the parents and breeding.

You will probably get a lot of answers on here; the source for your answer should be the registry you select.  There is the AKC and the UKC.  I personally prefer the UKC.  Both will register the Jagd.  Do you know if parents were registered and whom they were registered with?  I would start there.

You can not register a dog in any major registry like UKC or AKC if their parents were not registered and did not fill out a litter registration form. Best chance will be with CKC, They will single register just about anything. Hope this saves you some time.
