In the outdoor TV business, if nothing changes, that is a sign of stability.  The shows that are jumping from channel to channel and changing sponsors are those that are struggling in some fashion or another.  Thank God and the greatest sponsors in the world, we will begin our 6th season of programming on the PURSUIT Channel this weekend.
Ruger will again be our title sponsor along with Hornady Ammo, Trijicon Optics, 10X Apparel, Mossy Oak Camo and Mossy Oak Properties of Texas.  Our product sponsors continue to be Garmin/Tritronics, Ranch Hand and Black Gold Dog Food.
We will begin airing on Friday night at 11:30 PM CST, Saturday at 12:30 PM CST and Sunday at 6:00 PM CST on the PURSUIT Channel.  And yes, you can get the Pursuit Channel if you subscribe to Dish or Direct TV as PURSUIT is standard in all packages.  In addition to Dish and Direct, Verizon FiOS will begin carrying PURSUIT on July 1.
We hope that you will tune in and "Like" us on facebook at CARNIVORETV.com.  As we do every season, there will be at least one show where we will be hunting hogs with dogs.
Thanks and Adios,
Gary

Thanks Gents!  I really appreciate the kind words.  It is a competitive market but we have been blessed to have relationships with some of the greatest folks in the hunting industry.  You will notice that we do not change sponsors like most of the shows in outdoor programming and that proves that both parties are happy with the relationship.
I will admit that hunting with a camera really slows things down and I am a fan of getting as many kills as you can while it is working.  No matter who you are, you are going to hit those times that no matter how hard you hunt, can't make it happen.

This week SteveO and I head to Southwest Texas to try to call in Desert Gray Foxes so that I can test the Ruger American Rifle in .22 topped with a Trijicon RMR sighting system.  This will be my first hunt with the new set up but I feel that it may be perfect for the aggressive little critters.  I hope that you have a chance to tune in on the Pursuit Channel at 11:30 PM this evening, 12:30 PM on Saturday or 6:00 PM on Sunday.  Thanks and Adios,
Gary

Jesse Paul is a good hunter and a nice young man.  He really takes hunting seriously and hunts a lot of good country although it's a little warm down there now.

Great to hear from you!  I always enjoy taking young hunters but they must prove to me that they are respectful and genuinely want to go on the hunt...not just make Dad happy.  I have been catching a few coons in the mornings but I still have no cats around Menard.  Paul and I are going to get together at Capitan in a couple of weeks and see if we can trail a lion.  Also may have a new ranch to hunt near Corona, NM that we may want to look at.
Just got an email from Navajo Game and Fish, they are extended the lion season from Oct.1 thru June 31.  I am not sure my bride will be glad to hear that...unless I let her go with me.
Stay in touch,
Gary
