I've had a one eyed cur dog and my buddy had a bull dog that was blind in one eye and barely could see out of the other (this is not a joke). I wouldn't worry about it unless you hunt a lot at night. That's the only time you could tell weakness in either of the dogs. If you just hunt in the day time I wouldn't give it a second thought.
