1-3 normally. 4 if I got a pup or 2. Have run more but I don't like to unless i know every dog is gonna sit back and bay a good hog no matter how many of them show up.

That puts a whole new meaning to dump the box there. I like to hunt 2 dogs at time sometimes 3 sometimes just 1 sometimes maybe 4 it all depends on what I am doing where I am at and what dogs I got with me

Like to run one, 2 max. Will turn a pup to it if I have one that needs it, or may cast a pup w an old dog.

we usually hunt 2 but once bayed if we think its a good boar we  may send another baydog ...trick is knowing the bay busters and not send them to a bay ..... with 3 baydogs and 2 bulldogs a good boar will try and run when they hit but  he usually don't get far and they get him caught ......

Anywhere from 1 to 12 depends on how much country there is.. My dogs ain't rough so it's not a bad deal to have 5-7 dogs bayed.. Dogs are pretty independent as well so if we cast 8/12 sometimes only 3/4 will be bayed the others will leave running in their on hog.
