When yall breed whats the succes rate of dogs that make hog dogs to the culls?

If your breeding for a certain thing it's going to be low. But for workable dogs higher but then if u breed and 5 different hunters get one its going to go way back down Cuz every one ain't the same. Most I have kept have worked out. I would say 1/3 be bout average 1/2 would be pretty darn good 3/4 or better outstanding. Not all dogs are good and some ain't good for you

Unless you keep up with all the pups it is hard to tell...at one time every pup I kept up with made above average dogs...but all were related and all were from excellent dogs...but if you didn't like long range dogs that stayed bayed for hours and that would open on track some of the time then most would of been culls...
