Anybody run into anybody trying to scam them on here. I think someone tryed to pull a fast one on me over my dog box i got for sale?

Yes. Its usually other hunters that try to scam  now there are Nigerians  with the whole send me your address and ill send you a check b.s.

yea guy was going to send me a check then ill cash it then he would come pick it up. but then he said he was gonna send a little more so I could give the rest to the to whoever was gonna pick it up. i told i wouldn't do that. then  i never heard anything from him after that.

My son was selling a racing bike for 250...after a few phone calls the guy sent him a 2500 dollar cashiers check by mistake instead of 250 and my son calls back and tells the guy about the mistake...he tells him to cash it and send the difference of the money back and then he would come over and pick the bike up...if my son would have done all that then there wouldn't be any money from the buyer and my son would have been responsible for paying the 2500 back to the bank..
