I use an old soap container, it's about 2.5 gallons and the cap had a plug that could be knocked out and is threaded for a 3/4 spigot..,

How much room are you looking at taking up on your a/utv or whatever vehicle you are using? 3-4 2' long 4" pvc pipes will hold a good amount of water. A friend uses as goose87 does, 2 2.5 gal jugs. If you have dedicated hunting rig, use a plastic 30 gal barrel and plumb out of the bung to several water spigots on the bottom and get a breather valve for the top and a way to be able to fill it from the top, or even the bottom, since its only 30 gal, head pressure shouldn't be an issue. Also tee off the bottom plumbing with clear tubing so you can see the water level. Which ever way you go, its always best to have a reserve tank/jug if hunting in areas where ponds, creeks, streams are far and few between.
