Nice dogs. Look to be hardy built that's important for a good hunter. And nice color lol

They look ready! Do you start them in a pen, mock hunt them, and finish them in the woods? Turn them into bays? Turn one at a time loose with finished dogs?

Thanks fellas.

Shotgun, I don't fool with pens or mock hunts anymore, I just start them in the woods when I feel they're ready. Yes, I only turn out one at a time with the older dogs. If possible, I like to turn them to a bay when I know what the hog is... but it doesn't always work out like that. I hate sending pups to a bad hog their first several times out.

Appreciate the response Mike. You have put in the time to breed em right. Starting them in the woods is nice.
