I have used it on big cuts and it works well.
#1 washout cut with Iodine.
#2 dry off wound.
#3 pull up more than what you need in a syringe.
#4 soak the cut with the lidocaine "Seems to help but not necessary.
#5 inject around the cut you don't have to go deep.
#6 wait 5 minutes it will numb I know at least for 20 min
