Me and ol' Hawaii Kai started the year off right yesterday with 3 boar hogs. One of them had so much black heat on it's tail... he hit a tree, snapped his jaw and impaled a tusk thru the roof of his mouth!!! Went back this morning with Kai and Robert... ended up with a good barr and fat sow for the sausage man. We walked in 400 yards with no bulldog thinking they had one caught. Got closer and my Mima gyp and Robert's two young dogs, Cowboy and Pistol, were hammering. Me and Kai slipped in close and I started yelling "catch him, catch him, catch him"... and they piled on haha!

Looks like Hawaii Kai has got plenty of meat for the smoker, I'm going to try a recipe he sent me last year on some Hawaiian style smoke meat with some of the meat we got this weekend....

Great job , Mike. You guys have definitely started the year off right. I might have to take you up on that hunt offer. I haven't hunted in Texas in 20 years now.

I'm always ready to travel and hunt new country. My buddy Jameson lives in Pawnee... I'm waiting on him to say "come on" haha.

Not sure Reuben, Kai picked him up for free... after a few hunts he's starting to figure things out.
