Thank y’all...

Shady...I am keeping the Cajun Queen for a while on account she has commitments in southeast Louisiana...a reservation with a fella named John...a close relative...

Heat...the Kamphouse pups are out of John Kamphouse dogs which are about the same blood as Darren’s...John tells me they use each other’s dogs to breed if they are exceptional...

Very good looking pups! I saw some of the littermates to the dark brindle one the other day and I told Big Game Joe that they sure are fine..

Thanks Scotty, but the thanks go to Cajun for spending the years breeding these hounds. All I'm really good at is raising healthy puppies.

Off road...I agree...

Big Game Joe...it is a good trait to give credit where it is due...but you know your hunting dogs pretty well yourself...

There is no doubt about you knowing how to raise a litter of healthy pups...

He looks good and acts right at 4.5 months of age...only thing is his nuts haven't dropped and more than likely they won’t...that is the only reason...

I just want to see what he will do in the Bay pen before I sell him...since I am keeping his two littermate sisters I just want to see how he does...strictly for information purposes on the Kamphouse Plotts...I have heard lots of good reports on that line just wanting to see for myself...

That is generally a genetic inherent trait, somewhere in his ancestry crypt-orchid male was bred or a female out of a crypt-orchid male. Of course it has to start somewhere and he could be the first of that strain.

I am going to call Mr. Kamphouse and let him know about it and see if he has seen it in his other dogs...these dogs are bred pretty tight...

Old man...I have heard that some pups drop their nuts at 6 or 7 months but have never seen it...this pup dropped his nuts at about 7 months...
