I've never had connection issues that I couldn't solve by removing collar and re-adding it in the field.  Well today I was never able to connect w one of my TT15 collars.  I tried a handful of times to remove and reconnect and that never worked.  I didn't have any connection problems with any other collars.  Anyone have any ideas?  I appreciate the help.

Not sure if I can help, but I’ll give it a shot!

You might want to run the Garmin web updater on your unit and all collars. If you have the track & train IDs from the collar, you can try to selecting “ no” when the unit asks if you are near the collar and manually entering the track and train ID into the system. I do this when hunting with other Alpha owners. This would be a short term work around/bandaid. Only other thing I can think of would be to try and change the collar ID. I’ve had to do this when hunting with other collars that already had that ID.

Call Garmin if you can’t find a solution. They are very helpful. It helps if you are in front of a computer with your unit, collars, and charging/usb cords.

I just swapped 2 old tt10’s in for rebuilt collars with Double u supply. $105 each + shipping. You call them with the collar info and a tracking # for proof of shipment and they will immediately send out your replacements. Great service.

Hope you get it figured out bud!

Try the update and you also may have to do a master reset on the collars and handheld.
