A buddy and I ended up going to make a little round this morning. I woke up with a bad head from last night but told the ol lady I was going hunting. I called a couple buddy’s and one ended up wanting to go.. Dogs jumped a hog and we was able to see it cross a road. After about 3 hours we ended up having a bay.. This wasn’t the hog I saw cross the road but I was ok with it. He weighed 230lb gutted. Dogs made out good. My catch dog got a couple battle wounds but nothing major.. Good times. Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...
