Been on a waiting list to get in this club for a couple years finally got the call.Went this morning for the first hunt caught 2 a good Barr and a sow but boy I'll tell ya they tested the dogs. Its a deer and hog dog club so they aint no stranger to a dog.Rye trailed and jumped them at 6am and it was damn near 10am by the time we tied the second one Rye ran and Bayed her Barr solo a longgggg way he ended up puncturing a lung on her cause she caught out when she saw me get there got hers tied and went to Cypress and Scrub (Scrub is a 10 month old pup off my old Holly dog)he stayed in the race from start to finish dang near 4 hrs they had her bayed way back in a nasty swamp.Couldn't be happier with the performance of these cur dogs Rye and Cypress are right at 2yrs old and Scrubs 10 months.

Sounds like some real good dog work and your young dog is coming on strong. Is your club close to Perry?
