Well after several years of good hunting with her I finally bred her. 8 years old and her first litter was 13 head of puppies. If any of them will turn out as good as her are the male dog I will be really pleased.

They are nice dogs. Tell us about them, how they are bred and what kind of style they have working and what you think the pups will be like.

The dad is out of the oldest line of catahoula that I know of. Can't tell you a lot about the mom she's a yellow dog I bought along the way that ended up making a good hog dog. Both parents are long range pretty cold nosed, loose to close baying dogs, with lots of bottom. Both are hog smart the dad is definitely a better dog than the mom because of his speed. So I'm hoping to get some more pups like either of the parents really, good cold nosed that can work out a cold track fast and fast on a hog that breaks, and I hope to keep the loose baying in them as well.
