Did y'all catch a cat?

The dogs did an amazing job cold trailing a bob cat and the race went on for maybe 30/40 minutes.. it sounded amazing . Jp was calling out all the dogs names as they opened up during the race and the race was really fast in super thick country .

At some point the cat jumped out of the thicket and ran down a dirt road going across a river I believe . The humidity had jumped up about 13 percent sense we got to the ranch and not only could we feel it , but the dogs too .
We gathered up dogs and went home

It was really fun and I’m pretty impressed with those dogs the nose , bottom , handle , confirmation .. all of it . Very impressive

Sounds like a great hunt. Good dog work. I am ready for some cooler weather.

Chris, I’m glad you enjoyed the trip out to God’s country... I sure love going out there.

Thanks fellas, we sure had a good time. Hunting was tough... between the record floods they had the week before and humidity that felt like home.

Jsh... that’s a Pioneer 700.
