Well WOW made it in for his visit. We haven't  seen able to hunt as much but it's been good so far. Ol' Gus is definitely happy to be back in Texas. We made a little round Thursday with my buddy Jimmy. We just took his young dogs and our 2 catch dogs. His young dogs had to work but they got it done. Found the spotted boar and he made a break for higher ground. They got him stopped and we sent the bulldogs from about 50 feet. My green bulldog roped himself just as he got there and the hog broke. He had to hit open ground for the next set of woods some didn't bother calling off the catch dogs. Sure enough his ship got sunk in the creek. He's the spotted boar.

Then yesterday Joel, Dillian, Kyle, and myself took a couple that were first timers. They are both retired and he is a Veteran. Super nice folks. He has a hard time getting around so we only caught 4 for them, but it was fun and I was super proud of the dog work. The last little sow we caught, we hung up and cleaned for them. They went away happy and we made a couple new friends.
