Well me, Joel, Ben, and Kyle made a round this morning. It was a good hunt except for the crying. Yes, evidently there is crying in hog hunting. First hog, Kyle was accidentally bit by a dog. It was a scratch literally! But we had to listen to him go on and on. Y'all don't understand, if he'd bit down harder he could have crushed my hand. Then he got hog blood on that hand and was about to have a panic attack because it might get in his scratch. We go to next bay and send their bulldog, his first trip to the woods, and him and Raylynn catch a hog. Ben and Kyle go to them. We sent Gus to Mojo and they had one that Joel and I went to. We stick our sow and they walk up. Did y'all stick it? No it got away. I said do what? Well I was getting stung. Ben had Raylynn and Kyle had the hog, kinda. Some how or another Kyle got stung by a couple of bees. He acted like a T-Rex was chewing on him and let his bulldogs first hog get away. So out of a good sounder we caught 1 instead of 2. ALLLL THE WAY BACK THE  MACHINE, we had to listen to him snivel. Kyle, shut up, it's a little bee sting. You don't understand they were everywhere and the stinger is still in my body. We head a mile and a half back to where Lulu and Annie are bayed and Ben had to get off the machine to open and close a wire gap because his bigger older brother couldn't. We get to the other bay and get her caught and are discussing how we are going to go about getting her out. We were relocating her to Washington State via ice chest. What is Kyle doing? He breaks into the conversation by saying look guys, look how beautiful it is down here. Look at the flowers on the trees and the stream, it's beautiful. I really think there was a tear in his eye. This is exactly why you don't brag on things. I just did a couple weeks ago and look what happened.

It was another good days hunting,  if talking crap were marketable I would be walking among millionaires. That big sow will make a lot of Sausage. My bulldog in the picture won the Judges Choice trophy yesterday at the ADBA show in Taylor. I know he was the only dog there that caught hogs the day before and the day after the show. The time in Texas is getting short again but I will be back.
