We took some buddies from Wyoming out this morning. Dropped Raylynn, Lulu, and Jezzabelle (1st time out). It wasn't 5 minutes and the 2 older gypsy were bayed. Ole jezz went with them but turned back when the cows chased her lol. When she heard them she went to them. Caught a ballard (that's a boar crossed with a mallard, the new designer hogs). That sucker swam for 10 or 15 minutes out there, circle after circle. The dogs rolled over and put up again at 600 yards. Small sounder of nice fat sows. We wound up catching 12 or 13 out of those. I kinda lost track. Then we wound up killing a couple or 3 more down in the bottom. It was fast and furious there for a minute. I think we cast at 8 and I had dogs fed and doctored and shoes off by 12:30. Those are pretty fun hunts but they sure do make a fella hongry! I only got a couple pics. We were trying to hurry to the next bay the whole time it seemed.

Joel, Sid had to get wet lol. The water level in that tank rose up 6" when he got in. Those guys had a blast. They were heading back after they finished cleaning hogs and couldn't wait to tell their buddies and rub it in. One said his buddy paid a bunch of money to come down and shoot hogs and didn't even see a hog. He was planning on really rubbing it in.
