We made a round this morning at a place we’ve hunted once before with a buddy. We started down through a clear cut and saw a track from after the rain. It rained around dark yesterday they said. We then turned a few young dogs out and after about 10 minutes one opened up 400 yards away. The other dogs pulled towards him and then were covering some ground. We lost communication and headed around towards the direction. Once we got close they showed treed. I eased in and we sent the
catch dogs to seal the deal. We had it tied by 7:45 am. Another good hunt in the books.
