Well the Rednose brought my pup out from California. I have high expectations for her. She sure is a purdy thing and both parents are quality. My one dilemma is whether to give her an either or name or wait to name her until she decides which gender she wants to be! All bs aside, thanks Michael, she's a beauty.

Her daddy was a track scorching McDuffie dog and her momma is super quick locating walker. Neither are 100% silent but very tight mouthed for the most part. I expect she is going to push a track incredibly fast and she already shows lots of intelligence. I'm excited about her.

Whats the mcduffie line?

McDuffie is a line of American Leopard Curs. The dad came from a really good bear and fox hunter, he been breeding this line for the last 30 or so years.

JRichard McDuffie created the line of Leopard Curs...they are track and tree dogs on most any type of game such as bear, coon, and hog...they are hunting dogs and not stock dogs but probably can make stock dogs if trained...

McDuffie passed away about 8 or 10 years ago...leopard  curs have been renamed to leopard hounds...some are starting to look like blueticks...

From its nose to its toes, that’s a good looking dog. I’m guessing the breeder in is Northern California, my bet says she hunts for you.

I hope she does and I expect her to. The Red Nose is the one that bred her. He owns the mother and had the father until recently when he lost him. He lives in southern California.

I'm not the jealous kind, certainly not in respects to another man's dogs. But I'm jealous

Spots and plenty of ear, two of my favorite things to look at it in dogs, if I were picking from a litter and this one was in it, she’d be going with me based off looks alone, she really has no choice but to turn out, coming from a dog man who knows what he’s doing and going to a dog man who knows what he’s doing and looking as good as she does, sorry for putting that jinx on her now lol..
