It’s been a slow start to the rice season the past couple of weeks with a few sows and pigs. Finally caught a couple of decent boars yesterday. Turned out right at daylight and bayed an old boar still in the rice filling his belly. He was covered in scars and had some thick shields on his shoulders.

We moved to the next property and split up. Ol Chris “Wyatt Earp “ Hearne slipped off with two dogs and bayed a fat, young boar hog... caught him in the ear with his .357 haha!

Well dang Chris I could have made that happen for ya easy! Could had traded you out a bay and shoot on some of them awesome pictures you take! Good hunt guys. We’ve been hunting cut grain and last 3 hunts haven’t been able to pay money to get around a hog track.

 I agree

I just need to make sure my wife doesn’t see your picture posing with that mullet... I can’t afford having to split my retirement check with her...
