Reuben, I’m not sure if you’re on Facebook but Justin’s buddy Josh posted the video that these screen shots are from... really nice dog work. Just enough pressure to keep him there but not too much to make him break. I’m accustomed to suicidal rough dogs that catch any and everything. It’s very rare to see dogs bay pigs around me. But I think that’s simply because people in my area don’t have skilled bay dogs. I’ve seen several dogs that wouldn’t put teeth on a pig that were very good at striking and running a track all day and night but they would never stop the pig and sit him down.

I like how Justin’s dogs will make it bay and then they’ll back up and will catch it, or come off of it depending on what they’re told to do. Makes me realize how much work I need to do with mine lol. None of my dogs are listening to a word I say once they’re focused on a pig. It sure would be nice to be able to call them off sometimes
