Me and Josh decided to make a night hunt as we were having trouble getting on any bigger hogs hunting in the mornings the past couple weeks, we caught hogs but not much in the quality dept. I turned my pair of 20mth old gyps loose with my little yr old  pup I call stretchy on a pipeline around 9:30 and as luck would have it they hit this hog on the pipeline not 400yds from where I put them down, he bayed and broke a couple times right off the pipeline and then peeled out. Around an hour later and 3/4 a mile away they finally got him sat down. He had some pretty good teeth and worked on both of my older gypsy pretty good but we got him handled all the same. Sorry for the crappy pics, hard to really see him size wise, we both figured him at close to 200.

I love it when my young dogs work like old dogs.

Appreciate it fellas. These young gyps I've got have been turning it on pretty good this year. I started an last year, the gyp I call lil momma had it pretty well figured out then but her sister was still a bit immature and wanted to play so I put her up til this year. Lil momma found me a dozen or so last season before I shut down for the year. This year she has continued to improve but her sister gypsy has really stepped up and been knocking em down. During the tourney I hunted back in Feb she came through w/ 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth and bayed a 280lb Barr hog for us solo 3 hours before we had to be at weigh in, she got her ass handed to her but never quit him. I've had a blast so far this year with these young dogs.
