A while back there was a thread about weird places you’ve bayed in and I told about how we bayed a hog that broke a window and got into the landowners house, well Saturday evening it almost happened again to a different landowner. Me and my boy were hunting and had already caught 2 decent sows and he wanted to make one more cast so driving along I saw a fresh track crossing the road and turned one dog on it and she went 900 yrds and bayed. We snuck in there with the bulldogs and as soon as I turned them loose the hog broke towards their house which was about 600 yrds away. I was trying to gather the bulldogs back up when my garmin beeped that my gyp was bayed again, and I looked and it was real close to the house but didn’t think to much of it and got one of the bulldogs caught but the other heard her baying and was making tracks to her so we ran back to the mule and hauled butt up there so see them caught on the front porch. He was trying to send my bulldog through the door when we got there. I did drag him off the porch to kill him though

Was anybody home? That could have been a real train wreck with the wrong people.

No they left about 15 minutes before it happened. Luckily they weren’t upset about it. He caught all of it on security cameras though

If I live to be 100, I’ll never see a crime scene like that from a hunt.

It would've been a mess had they broken a window or worse, broke it and hot inside
