Rattler behind the front shoulder has been pretty deadly From what I’ve seen. Me and my vet just talked about this the other day. Copper head and cotton mouth not to bad usually. As stated, outside of secondary infection set in, 7 days later dog should be either dead or pretty well over it if it is a snake bite.
