It's been about 90 by 9 am the last week with 100% humidity. Made a quick hunt this morning I brought Hambone , Cypress and Copper my buddy brought his Cracker pup I gave him he and Copper are a month apart in age right at yr. Hambone winds a track in the airboat trail we've had a pile of rain the last week and the marsh had a little standing water it took them a little while to grind it out but Hambone and Cypress bayed him in the bed at .53 young dogs weren't far behind and fell in I fired up  to run through the marsh to them got close and he broke they got him stopped again another half mile away. This time we were able to seal the deal.Cut him and sent him on his way.Called it a day cause it was hot and thick already.Real proud of Copper this was only his second airboat hunt.

There are better times to hunt but hoghunters get the crap times to hunt when all the other seasons are over. When you have pups to train tho, you have to get them in the woods. Nice hog.

That's good cracker. If he's got the want to, and it sounds like he does, your other 2 will show him to get it done. They are pork producers for sure.
