We made a little run this morning. Had a bunch of my young hands with me. Both my boys, Sid's son Kyle aka Barbie, and Colton were all there. We cast Colton's dogs first and caught a sow and they rolled over on another one but it gave them the slip after a pretty good race. Then we cast mine and Barbie's littermate to Ava and Sam on the place across the road. Ken, that's pretty fitting for Barbie lol. The 3 of them and Hank, their uncle, were bayed in pretty short order. Hogs busted and Ken and Sam bayed one, Hank bayed another, and Ava bayed another, all within 300yds. We were closest to Hank so we caught his first and he went to Ava. We caught that one and they both went to Ken and Sam and we caught that one. Ended up catching 2 more I think it was. No trophies but a good hunt and good dog work all the way around. Sam, Ava, and Ken are pictured. Ken isn't as much bigger as the picture makes him look. Pretty much the same dog in different colored wrappers. Sent from my SM-G892U using Tapatalk

Those are some racy looking cur dogs there. I love it when dogs split bay and they are not worried about what other dogs are doing. They have their hog and they know it. lol Great hunt.

Cajun, I have hunted with T for 13 or 14 years and these dogs are a testament to a breeder who knows what he wants and has the will and savvy. They will flat get it done, they push a hog good in the brush but if ol Mr. Hog tries to cross a little opening they suck them up quick. He has kept some good ones lately.

Training dogs is not about quantity, it's more about timing, the right situations, and proper guidance...After that it's up to the dog... A hunting dog is born not made...
