Had a pretty good morn with a few good buddies. Had trouble finding sign after catching the lil sow but managed to end the morning with a nice boar hog. He’s a lil lighter in the rear end now. Haven’t been in the woods in a while but it sure felt good to get back in em!! My 2 young dogs I took done pretty good. The lil male winded hogs before good daylight and that’s where we jumped the sow.

My female I have pregnant right now is a pit x walker. She came from my buddy, one of the best dogs he’s had, she’s a proven producer. My buddy had young dogs off of her doing real well so he let me get her. She’s not suicidal but she’s pretty darn rough. If it’s not a monster or there’s a second dog she’s catching. I’ve never been a hound guy, but I’ve seen a couple like her that were crossed that have impressed me

My buddy has a pair of littermates and both of em pretty good. Them 2 gyps got plenty of bottom and grit. They’re not suicidal either but sure will help catch.
