We decided to take the day off and hunt first day after deer season,My buddy and his son did too.Waylon and Rowdy been chomping at the bit to turn a dog loose so I let Rowdy play hooky to.We loaded up 4 young dogs off Hambone various ages and My buddy brought his young Hambone gyp as well. The dogs all did exceptionally well it was the first time I have hunted my Kong dog since he was 5months old he's a yr now he hunted like he was born to do this his litter mate Jo is my buddies and she's the exact same way.I recently got Peewee back from Muddy and I am sure greatfull of it.first drop we sent Peewee, Kong and Jo from.some rooting they left and .50 had a small boar caught in the creek get to them and Peewee and Kong instantly leave .75 later they had a whole rally bayed sent all the dogs and ended up catching 3 more from the Group Kc got his own Peaches got her own and the other got 1.Loaded up and headed to another spot on the property it's a gully creek bottom and the wind was coming up out of the bottom perfect cast em all Peewee strikes out and sits up bayed at .75 Kc and Kong blow up and Bay one 375 from us in the creek Jo gets there and it was sure pretty sounding catch that hog and catch dogs to head to Peewee it was a long ride around on the highway to get where he was, closest we could get was 500 it took about 45min  to get around to to him walked Dozer in and caught a damn good rank boar he got some licks on Dozer and Peewee got em patched up and called it a day ended up with 6.We went to eat lunch afterwards and Waylon said Daddy that hunt was more fun than going to a theme park lol tickled me to death.

That was a good hunt. Sounds like the dogs are getting after it. Sure glad for ya on that note. Lord knows you’ve been snake bit several times in the recent past. Keep them boys in the woods.
