Title: Marking hogs Post by: nogalus boy on February 17, 2011, 08:18:08 pm Just wondering what are some of yalls methods of marking yalls barrs or just hogs in general. I usually dock the tail on a barr. Do yall do anything with the ears? I was just sitting back wondering. Thanks for any advise.

Trying to get a honey hole started and want to know if we catch one that we have turned loose. Have yall ever tagged one with a cow tag?

A hog with a long tail will constantly be picked on and wont gain weight as well. Just really relocate them cause we dont have a lot of farm land and we try to make honey holes. A whole lot of people hunt around my place so we like to get some hogs started where we can catch them later.lol
