Title: SB 1517 MANDATORY STERILIZATION OF DOGS AND CATS Post by: catchrcall on April 20, 2011, 11:01:19 am Exempts hunting and service dogs for now, but says nothing about cattle or sheep dogs, livestock guardians etc. It will pretty much amend the present law regarding dogs adopted from shelters.
