Title: TX HB1451 VETO
Post by: charles on June 09, 2011, 02:35:28 pm
To all on the forum and those with friends not on the forum! We all can agree that we want this bill vetoed correct? How are bills passed into laws? $$$$! What would it take to BUY the veto vote? We all know or should know thats how bills get pushed through. Who would be willing to make a quote unquote reelection campaign donation? I look at it as a frontal expence that would save 2+x that in the long run. I dont know the exact numbers of members on the forum, along with the guests that read the posts, but if we all gave 1000 a yr or atleast what we can afford, those $ signs add fast. The lobiests we have working for us to help stop this bill and help push foward the working dog bill, where do they get the $ for the bill? Through sponsors and donations. Call it an initial investment to preserve our animals natural right of procreation and keep law officers off our backs. The officers may not agree with the law but are sworn to enforce it. $1000 is a lot in this economy, but i would back the contribution to veto this bill with $4000. Its a large frontal payment that will save in the long run.
