I have one that's about 2 years old took him out to see some hogs in a trap and he went crazy so we pulled one of the hogs out and he went straight for the ear everytime...he was very fast and locked pretty good

The coat is smooth and fawn or brindled, with or without white markings. Boxers are brachycephalic (they have broad, short skulls), and have a square muzzle, mandibular prognathism (an underbite), very strong jaws and a powerful bite ideal for hanging on to large prey. The Boxer was bred from the English Bulldog and the now extinct Bullenbeisser and is part of the Molosser group.

Straight on the ear just like a pit or bulldog...he will be put to work thanks for the help and info guys appreciated keep the hogs at bay
