Not so sure about the black ones though... :P ;D then you've been hunting with the wrong black ones!! :) notice the woods shot with 5 spotted dogs standing around.. the only time that happens with black dogs in the picture are on a caught hog or in the back of a buggy.. just saying! Travis when I started hog hunting I was hard up on a spotted dog with blue eyes, my first 3 dogs were of the spotted variety.. I showed them a ton of hogs ( and I mean hundreds, thinking I could train a dog to be a hog dog with enough work) and well they still didnt work out; no matter how good their training was!! So i have definitely gotten away from those multi-colored creatures... but i sure do appreciate them and their eye appeal! both pups show intrest already and i mostly just let them watch when i go to the pen. i just mess with pups once a month or so just to see what they do. I dont think barking at a pig has a thing to do with how they will hunt. i like to do moch hunts with the little ones more than messing with the pen pigs. it is about time for a moch hunt though.
