Title: 1-5-13 Hunt Post by: matthewrbarnard on January 08, 2013, 02:26:49 pm Made a hunt Saturday morning and within about 30 minutes we had a big boar bayed. Dogs busted a group of hogs and Bob and another dog rolled out over 2 miles and my buddys dog got one bayed about 3/4 mile from us. He kept it bayed til some of our pups got there and they had him on the gound when we got to it. He proly weighed 200-225 lbs. After loading him up and finding the other dogs, we went to check another spot. We found some fresh tracks made early that morning and decided to cut loose. Within a few minutes we had 2 shoats caught and then we had a dood sow caught. She probably weighed 160 lbs or so. Can't ever complain on a four hog day.
