EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

I was looking around on some Australian hog hunting sites and I saw a bunch of people on there talk about "lugging dogs" (bull arabs)  and they look like a Pointer/cur x bulldog or something? Anyone hunted behind one of them? Also what do y'all think about piggafrigga cut vests?

I don't think anyone in USA has Bull Arabs if they do not very many at all

You can pretty much make the same thing crossing a pit over a pointer, it won't be exactly the same thing but pretty close. There a rcd with some nose to'em

the arab comes from the saluki, there are a handful of guys that have them here in the us. the is also the north queensland bullhound from oz that is pretty awesome

Ive got a good bud that come over on a visa to ride saddle bronc and that's what he swears by and uses them! He's from Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. It's crazy the numbers of hogs they catch in a day over there with just a couple dogs luggin and riggin! I keep a few dogs here in Texas of his that he's breeding like they have them back home! I'm planning a trip the go over there and experience it myself and I'll be able to talk a little more about them

how much do you get for your puppies out of the dogs u are breeding?

They are similar to a pit and pointer but obviously bigger. I'm trying to breed something similar using pointer, pit, and Great Dane. There is a noticeable difference between a 40lb average dog and a 70lb leggy dog holding a hog.
