Can you sign up and then pick the place to take the classes, What is the best and fastest way to do it? Thanks in advance..

The sign up is not through the state, just through the instructor. Sometimes they offer a discount if its a family licensing. Stop at a local gun shop n c who is offering the class or who they recomend

Some will even do the written part at your house if there's enough people. Then shoot at a range. Keep in mind if anybody taken it has unpaid tickets warrants outstanding record there waisting there time. What area r u from
