EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

I had two adult Dogos stolen. I am just SW of Houston. If you see any adult Dogos for sale please get a picture and post it here. The ears are the easiest way for me to know for sure without seeing in person. Adults do not come up for sale often so please let know if you see anything on any website. I am very upset because I really like those two dogs. I am worried that whoever took them might be into fighting dogs. If I find who took my dogs they will not be happy. I am hoping they bust out of where they are and come home. I have checked every shelter and rescue within twenty miles and keep checking. If they had just got out I would have found them quickly. Now maybe they were just found and are in someone's yard so I am listening for them.

Hopefully the thug a$$ 40oz malt drinker gets whats coming to them.

If I find them I know they will get something for sure. I am so mad right now I am sick to my stomach. I raised them from pups and they are part of my family. We have a whole bunch of problems all at once and then this.

Man I hate to hear that. Get me a pic of them & info like male or female & I will post it on all the dogo pages I'm on.

Sorry to hear that, it's sicken to me that people steal dogs off their yard.  I'll keep an eye out for sure.

If a stranger tried to grab one of my dogos their arm would most likely get ripped off.  They aren't very welcoming to strangers on the property if we are not out there

If I can make a suggestion....I think your post on here is a good way to get word around.

If I thought someone stole my dogs for fighting, I know a guy in the area I would go to.  Id offer him some amount of cash if he could get my dogs or find them, or help me find them.  Thugs like these say they wont rat some one out- but if they can get some cash and go anonymous, I think they will.

I hope you get the dogs back and they are in good shape.  Further- I hope you find the SOB and he gets what he deserves if in fact they were stolen.

Dub, did u redo your kennel area or are they still against the privacy fence? I know with the 6' fence u got, they might have crawled over and let their self out through your walk through gate. It's pretty sorry for them to steal your dogs, and it really hope you get them back.

On a side note, I was in the middle of trying to restore my phones when you called and called you back as soon as the first 1 was restored enough to get a call out. When I called you, all it did was ring and ring. Not sure if you have a vm box set up or if my phone still wasn't working and it rang on my end, but didn't ring on your end.
 Did you get the electrical figured out on your rv?

That's terrible, I hope you recover them. Put a lot of heat out there. Flyers everywhere you can hang one, all the vets, craigslist especially gets a lot of views....Facebook also I'd imagine. To people who have never heard of the Dogo, they'd mistakingly identify them as 'big white pit bulls' also so keep that in mind when skimming Found ads.

I am sure it was somebody that lives close by. Because only the Dogos are gone. It was one male and one female. I do not have any recent pictures. But the ears are not clipped so the male has a cut right ear that is healed but you can see where it was cut. He also has a spot on the right ear where it meets the head that is healing. Got raw on something. He is the easiest to recognize. I wish I knew a good way to describe my female. My yard is very closed off so they could not just get out. In kennels that are inside a privacy fence. So they did not just get out. The kennel gates were closed but the fence gate was not closed back. I will be getting a yard dog that will not let anything in the yard.

Charles I had to go back to work so I have not had a chance to get on the problem. I am going to have to take it over to a shop and have them look at it because I just don't have time right now.

I assume you live in a neighborhood.  Do you have an estimate on when it happened?  Any neighbors have security cameras that could have caught a vehicle that you may recognize?

No cameras. I have some but they were turned off. It was on Sunday.

I haven't talked to him bout it, but when iv visited him and previous conversations, there has been issues in the area. Profiling works the majority of the time, as another topic has already discussed this. If ur that disgusted with urself and being white, pull a Michael Jackson and fix it.

Naw, it might have two or three but I could have been just 1 that didn't know the difference between a dogo and pit, or knew what they were and knew what they were worth with the intent to do what dub has in the title, just to make some fast cash for his/her nxt 40, or blow or rock or for the 24s for his donk. I told you to google that! The comment was at your expense because you explained to me what "assume" meant after you "assumed" that those dogs got taken by a 40oz drinking, gold teeth having thug, took those dogs.

3) I was sarcastically profiling by asking you if you thought a black man would steel 2 dogos. Blacks are stereotypically scared of dogs, much less 2 grown dogos.

Good Lord. All the speculation and we don't even know the actual story of what happened or where the dogs were recovered. But we're pretty sure a hood rat is the culprit lmao.....

Maybe DUB he went off the Deep End and got thrown in jail....IM sure he will tell the sory if he even has one to tell....

Ol Dub aint one to shy away from a good story. I got a feeling he's tied in knots busy, sounded like he had alot goin on AND then on top of it all, his dogos went missing.

I did not want anyone to know I knew anything. First if you had been to my house like Charles has you would know that if someone living near me took them then Charles would have about a 95% chance of being right. Lots of good people live near me but most people around me are not white.

I started with a couple hog hunters near me that are good people and are in the majority. Me being white most people around me would not trust me. The guys know me and how much I wanted my dogs back. So they let people know I was going to find them. Whoever took them turned them loose so I would not find them at their house. Animal control picked them up almost a week after they left my yard. To big dogs do not just walk around here without someone calling animal control. So I knew someone had them for almost a week. I posted they were found as soon as I knew where they were.

I did not post anything because I wanted to make sure they did not know I was still trying to find them. The dogs had not been fed and had fleas. So I knew they were with other dogs and with someone that did not care for the dogs. That ruled out anybody I personally know. So I started asking around about people that did not take care of their dogs. Then asked about them trying to sell any dogs. That is how I found out someone tried to sell two white bulldogs. But they looked skinny, had fleas, and no papers. He claimed to have papers. So I used that to find out who it was. I figured if something happened to the thieves I would get in trouble. So I just told guys around me so many people knew not just me. Now from what I understand the two guys ran into some trees or something running in the dark rolleyes Looks like they ran into a few big branches. Now I was out of town at the time. I do not think they will mess with anybody else's dogs ever again. Now I can't prove they took my dogs or anything else against the law. But the good people around here that have the same skin color as the people I think took my dogs really helped me out. It is the content of their character not the color of the skin that decides who I trust. I am just glad for people that believe in right and wrong that do not put up with dog thieves. Now I understand they might have trouble with their neighbors and plan to move. Now I have not seen them and they know that if I do it will be on. It seems like I am not the only one they stole from. But I am the one that they should have never stolen from because now everyone knows.

My cameras are back on and added a few surprises to my yard. Nobody will get my dogs again. The video will just show who got bit in my yard. My dogs have put weight back on and are looking good.

Hey, my pops has a bunch od concentena wire im sure i could get for ya. Make it a tight wrap just below the top of the fence. It will detere any1 coming in, or dogs trying to climb out.

I would like to just go around the whole house with it  ;D

well, just let me know. he has 3-4 4x4x8 crates of it just sitting around.
