Title: go pro collars? any experience Post by: 11kbramhall on December 25, 2014, 01:19:15 am I had a good Christmas this year and came out of it with a new go pro! I was just wondering if any of yall have used one of the collars with a gopro attachment on it? what was it like? would you use it again? where did you get it?

Kevin N on here I believe has one and uses it. I have seen several videos done with it and thought they were good. I personally like the way the chest harness looks over the head mount on a person.

The cameras ain't bad once you figure them out. If you put it on a loose dog you won't get good video.....10-15 feet looks like 30-40 and you won't be able to see the hog good. Putting them on a catch dog ain't very good in my opinion...just bunch of shaking blurry video while the cd is running then when he catches it's up close video and you can't see anything. I got the best results putting it on a tight baying (4-6') dog that will sit one down. Lots of good footage.
