Post by: Judge peel on February 24, 2016, 08:47:19 am Make a frame of 2bys and make a box that is 1/4 inch smaller in width and on a slop to the back. Taller in the front then the opening as it slides in from the front it will tighten up then put few screws to hold in place

Post by: charles on February 24, 2016, 07:45:14 pm look at how the kennel is built, what material its made from and design something that will secure the barrel, either wood and screws or metal and bolts. let your imagination go and see what it comes up with, the ideas are endless.

Post by: Bo Pugh on February 28, 2016, 07:55:06 pm In my kennels I have barrels for dog houses. I put a 2x4 inside the barrel and screwed I bolts through the barrel in the 2x4, I screwed one on each end and took 2 pieces of light chain and have mine hanging in my pens off the side of each kennel. I got them tilted a little back so the hay don't get kicked out and about 6 inches off the ground so I can wash out from under them and nothing is in the pen for a terd to hang up on when I wash them out. And their facing the back of the pen so when I wash I don't accidently spray in the houses.
