put em in a horse trailer with 100 to 125 lb pissed off hog. works every time.
That is just plain ignorant w/ 4 & 6 m/o pups IMO.......
Heavenseant,get them used to loading,make short trips to the woods to get them woods broke....they will start when they are individually ready.
done it many many times. never had it turn out bad. hog hits the dogs and runs back to the other side. always flips the switch. i started from all pups too. had no older dogs to help train em and no one to hunt with that had em. all my dogs have hated hogs from about 5 months old.
