The oil was a spur of the moment idea to help compensate for the calories lost by generating body heat. All I had was a half a gallon of vegetable oil. That's what I have been using. I roll the victor around in the bucket and stir to ensure that all kernels are well coated.
Rice bran oil contains gamma oryzonol which is a natural alternative to anabolic steroids. I bet that would work well. I've so much oil during this cold snap that I would go broke if I used rice bran oil.
I paid 21.95 today at the local feed store. I'm a dealer though I have been to lazy to go pick up my dogfood from the distributor.
