RPOA - TX HB 1451 Anti-Breeding Bill Hearing Held Yesterday!

Mandi - the bill has been left pending in the Senate Committee. It met with a tremendous amount of opposition yesterday and Senator Patrick was phenominal with his questions. Senator Carona was good as well. Everyone that didn't get a chance to see it ought to watch the video. It lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Senator Whitmire wants to pas some form of HB 1451 but they found out yesterday that this bill has a lot of issues and are looking to organizations like US Sportsmen's Alliance and RPOA to help rewrite it. With the amount of rewrites this bill needs, I am not sure they will make it to the end of this session.

We all must stay ever mindful and vigilant in the watch on HB 1451! June 1 we can all take some much deserved deep breaths!
