before i left for afghanistan, i had georgetown animal control call me, wanting to me to remove hogs from with in the city limits of georgetown, tx. bc they didnt have a contingency plan for hog removal. the control officer said to use dogs bc they put out traps, and wow, no hogs. if you can get the elder couple and as many nieghbors to petition the city to allow yaw to come in and get them. problem should be solved. just make sure you get it in writing from the city. if nothing else, blackmale the city by having the local news come out, meet with the elder couple, nieghbors and your crew and show the news media what the hogs are doing. it may put pressure on the city councel to get off their dead butts and put yaw to work. i hate to say it but the news media can be a usefull tool with this situation.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
