WEll I want to Tell you and JLS , and All, QUITTERS, CONGRATS! I am nearing 1 year smoke free myself, after 25 years + smoker. its not easy. I am so very glad I did and I am serious advocate to others now because I feel the benefits other than the weight gain which I am still fighting and now winning slowly.
I can breathe better going in the woods! I know my dogs think I smell better, and dont have to smell that smoke.
