The 2006 dodge 2500 cummins will cost less and get way better gas milage and also the motor is a better motor
I have the 06 5.9 I love it. Its got some upgrades to the engine. It's got a 6 in lift 37x13.50x20 mud graps. The only down fall was the ac went out twice and I've been through 3 transmissions. I get pretty good gas mileage.

Just kidding. Yea I like the 5.9 just laid out a payment plan and they took it on the 09 and its coming with a ranch hand bumper so Im suppose to finalize on it tomorrow but oh yea the lift kit and all is soon to come
