I appalogize boarwild. That was a poor choice of words. I just meant its hard to discuss some of this stuff with people who have little experience with it. Its can be very frustrating for both sides.

I was the person who pushed for the 5 hogs on the Tdha tournament. The theory at the time was the team that could put up the highest average was the better team. After 2 years of seeing the effects I tried to talk the board to going back to 3. It was pushing a lot of your average weekend hunters out. Plus, as you stated, from a logistic stand point it is easier on every one involved.
(Be careful saying that... you will be called the devil, lazy, accused of not wanting to feed the hungry, and that you treat women badly 
) Honestly I did not expect to see 5 hogs as big as they have been brought in. By going back to 3, I agree, you will put less distance between the places and increase the odds of winning for more people.
