  lance it is all part of the hsus , aspca rico law suit where the ar groups had a former employee of the circus being paid over 150 thousand dollars to testify [ falsly ] against ringleing brothers circus in an elephant abuse case . of course the aspca said they were just setleing out of court to be done with the case so they could go on about the business of saving animals   [YEAH RIGHT LMAO ] if this had gone to a jury no telling what they would hae had to pay  .
