Domestic hog grow teeth no different than a wild one but because you do not want the sow to get hurt when they are very small we cut out the needle teeth. They will grow them back but domestic blood has nothing to do with but what they have to eat soil conditions and good nutrition and age. Just because it is a big hog does not mean it will have big teeth.
